Shipping Policy

At Zeon Cart, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible across Pakistan.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are confirmed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require WhatsApp/call confirmation before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Rates

• Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days nationwide via local courier partners (TCS, Trax, CallCourier, Leopard).

• Shipping Charges: Flat rate of PKR [200] (FREE shipping on orders over PKR [2,500]).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash is collected by the courier rider at your doorstep upon delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready.

4. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be sent to your WhatsApp or email as soon as your order is shipped.
